Return Policy
RETURNS
We want you to absolutely love your Ro & Jo purchase! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your lifewear, you can return any elligible items for a store credit within 10 days of having received your order.
While we do not issue refunds, we are more than happy to accept your return for store credit, that will not expire, or help you choose the perfect lifewear in exchange.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with the tags attached. We are not responsible for washed items, even if following washing instructions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit.
- Please keep a copy of your receipt with the tracking number once you ship your return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. That receipt will help you and us to keep track of the return.
- Our customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any return. Original shipping costs are not refundable or added to store credit totals.

EXCHANGES
If you prefer to exchange your lifewear for another size or color, please email us as soon as possible at shoproandjo@gmail.com.
We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges depend on the availability of the items.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days to process your return or exchange. We will inspect the items, process the return in our systems and send you and email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to use it.
Once you receive your store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase. Store credit can not be used towards shipping costs; only the applicable items.
